Registration fees include 
Participation in scientific sessions, lunch and coffee breaks, invitation to Welcome Reception and all printed material of the Congress.
 

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer - all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until March 15, 2018 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from March 16, 2018 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after April 19, 2018
 

Liability 
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the World Congresses on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
